Rocketfuel Launches ‘Seru Hari Lebaran’ Music Video With Support From LBS

April 29, 2019

LBS Bina Group Berhad, an award-winning township developer, has decided to support Astro and Rocketfuel Entertainment Sdn Bhd’s (Rocketfuel) first-ever, Hari Raya album, themed “Sempurna Seadanya”. This is in a bid to further promote love and happiness during the coming Ramadan and Hari Raya festive period.

The special 2019 Hari Raya album features five specially curated songs performed by renowned Malaysian artists, including Syamel, Ernie Zakri, Usop, Masya Masyitah, Zizan Razak, Hael Husaini, Azhael, Iqbal, Adira, Hazama Ahmad Azmi, and more.

During the album launch at the newly opened Kita @ Cybersouth sales gallery, excited fans were given a preview of one of the music videos, ‘Seru Hari Lebaran’.  The music video was filmed at the Kita @ Cybersouth sales gallery.

Host, LBS Group Managing Director Tan Sri Lim Hock San, said, “In Malaysia, every festivity is celebrated by all community groups regardless of their age, religion and ethnicity. This sponsorship is aligned with LBS’ mission to create inclusive living environments that allow our residents to build lasting bonds. We hope these Hari Raya songs will further spread the positive spirit and inspire unity amongst the communities.”

LBS sees modern townships as an important element in building inclusive urban living experiences for Malaysians. Just like its name ‘Kita’ which means ‘us’ in Bahasa Malaysia, LBS’ latest township development, Kita @ Cybersouth features a complete range of amenities with sufficient communal places in order to build a vibrant community for all of us.

“Music has always been a good medium to spread festive cheer and joy. LBS, being a ‘people developer’, is proud to be supporting local talents and celebrating the festive period with our Muslim friends at Kita @ Cybersouth,” Tan Sri Lim explained.

Built based on three pillars – affordability, connectivity and community – the self-sustained township Kita @ Cybersouth will meet modern home seekers’ increasing demand for quality yet affordable homes.

Built on a 633-acre parcel of Malay reserve land, Kita @ Cybersouth is a fully gated and guarded township, consisting of a variety of residential properties, including terrace houses, townhouses, serviced apartments, shops and commercial units. Each home is meticulously designed to meet both functional and comfortable living needs.

Kita @ Cybersouth is easily accessible via major highways including the Putrajaya-Cyberjaya Expressway via the Elite Highway, Maju Expressway (MEX), South Klang Valley Expressway (SKVE), North-South Expressway (NKVE), Damansara-Puchong Highway (LDP) and Jalan Dengkil-Banting.

It is also conveniently located in the vicinity of public amenities including schools as well as local and international higher education institutions, such as Sekolah Kebangsaan Dengkil, Sekolah Menengah Kebangsaan Cyberjaya, Heriot-Watt University Malaysia, Limkokwing University, and Xiamen University.
