PRG Holdings Bhd has partnered Maybank Islamic to offer HouzKEY at its condominium project Embayu @ Damansara West.
The partnership will see potential buyers of the project enjoy 100% financing at the lowest rate for the first five years.
HouzKEY is Maybank Islamic’s latest home financing offering aimed at helping first and second home buyers acquire a home, reported the New Straits Times (NST).
PRG revealed that Embayu @ Damansara West buyers will only have to pay three months of refundable deposit upfront, with no other payments until the property is completed.

“We understand the needs of some of our customers who require greater flexibility and cash flow efficiency. Therefore, we see great synergy to work with Maybank Islamic to offer an incentive financing solution to help home seekers overcome their problems and provide them with the opportunity to become a homeowner at Embayu,” said Datuk Alex Wee Cheng Kwan, Managing Director for Property and Construction at PRG, as quoted by NST.
Located in Shah Alam, Embayu @ Damansara West features 650 condominium units with built-up size of at least 1,000 sq ft. Unit prices start from RM450,000.
The RM270 million project is the maiden venture of PRG into the affordable property segment. It is a joint venture project with Baycity Park Sdn Bhd, the landowner.
Sally Ly, Managing Director of Real Estate Ventures at Maybank, believes the partnership will help many Malaysians acquire their dream home.
“We understand the challenges Malaysians face in their homeownership journey,” she said.
