Tropicana Corporation Berhad rolled out the Tropicana 100 campaign to offer 100% more reasons for buyers to purchase their dream property.

Following the huge success of the Tropicana 10-TEN campaign in 2020, which recorded an impressive RM899 million in bookings, Tropicana switched it up by offering enhanced deals to its purchasers.

Staying true to the Group’s mantra of redefining the art of living, this campaign allows one to experience 100% art of living – redefining how you live, work and play without breaking your bank account.

The Tropicana 100 campaign, offers buyers 100% returns on booking fees, 100% interest-free flexibility, 100% legal fees borne, 100% furnishing, 100% financing as well as 100% additional referral rewards.

In line with this campaign, Tropicana will run this customer-centric campaign for 100 days, from 20 January 2021 to 30 April 2021. The first 100 lucky purchasers will also be rewarded with RM2,000 worth of furnishing vouchers for every RM100,000 property value.

Dion Tan, Tropicana’s Group Managing Director shared the importance of this campaign and explained the benefits to property buyers as the focus of Tropicana’s initiative during this period.

Customers with the first 100 bookings during the Tropicana 100 campaign will also be rewarded with RM2,000 worth of furnishing vouchers for every RM100,000 of property value they purchase.

This, along with the convenience of choosing fully or partially furnished units can help them save loads of cash and free up the hassle of furnishing their homes.

Customers are given the choice to choose their preferred property across various townships and developments, both on-going and completed properties encompassing commercial and residential nationwide, which includes hotspots in Klang Valley, Genting Highlands, Johor and Kota Kinabalu.
