Mah Sing Group Berhad (Mah Sing) has achieved a 95% take up rate with Delphy, the final phase of M Aruna over 1 weekend’s launch.
The low density 96.7-acre gated landed residential community in Rawang has a gross development value of RM520million. M Aruna’s final phase, Delphy comprises 177 units of double storey link homes with a gross development value of RM108million.
