Mah Sing’s M Centura First M Series To Deliver Vacant Possession

Mah Sing Group Berhad (Mah Sing) is ending the year on a high note by hosting a year-end appreciation event at M Centura, Sentul to celebrate the completion.

The poolside party was a private event held especially for the media to uncover the completion of the development, which began in 2017.

The fully sold out M Centura is Mah Sing’s first M-series under the affordable development range to be completed, showcasing the confidence and strong demand from home buyers towards Mah Sing’s affordably priced product offerings.

Mah Sing’s Founder and Group Managing Director, Tan Sri Dato’ Sri Leong Hoy Kum shared, “We are proud that we managed to keep our promise for vacant possession targeted for the fourth quarter of 2021 (Q4 2021).

“M Centura is Mah Sing’s first baby under the M Series, demonstrating that we can deliver on our brand promise of providing premium resort lifestyle homes that are affordable in a KL city address. Thus, hosting the media appreciation night here is perfect to showcase the quality of our affordable range development.”

Mah Sing’s Group Chief Executive Officer Datuk Ho Hon Sang added, “Following the success of M Centura, we launched M Arisa, our second freehold property in Sentul, in January 2020, and there are limited units still available. We anticipated that the advantageous location of Sentul, which provides easy access to lifestyle amenities and infrastructure, as well as overflow demand from M Centura, would pique interest in M Arisa.”

“Based on the healthy take-up this year despite the pandemic, we are certain that we are on the right direction in launching the M Series,” said Ho.

“M Centura was first launched in 2017 as part of our ‘Reinvent Affordability’ initiative, with the goal of reinventing what it means to be affordable and developing more affordably priced homes to address the market’s supply-demand gap.

“With the birth of M Centura, the public can see the quality and opulence of our affordable development range project outcomes. Under the “Reinvent Affordability” Initiative, the M Series generally offers an indicative selling price from RM300,000 onwards for a 3-bedroom unit. Mah Sing’s recent land acquisition for M Nova in Kepong offers an indicative selling price from RM318,000 for an 700-sq-ft unit.

The other projects in the M Series includes M Luna in Kepong, M Vertica in Kuala Lumpur, M Oscar at Off Jalan Kuchai Lama, and M Vista in Penang.
