Sunway Property closer to achieving RM2.2bil sales target

Sunway Property registered RM553 million in sales within two months of launching its “Always with You 2021” campaign, taking it closer to its RM2.2 billion sales target for this year.

The company revised its sales target of RM1.6 billion upwards to RM2.2 billion after it surpassed the initial target in the first half of 2021. 

The campaign – which ran from 15 October to 31 December – featured five of the company’s newest developments that were designed for new norm living.

The participating projects are Sunway Serene, Sunway Belfield, Sunway Velocity TWO, Sunway d’hill Residences and Sunway Artessa.

Chong Sau Min, Central Region Executive Director of Sunway Property, attributed the campaign’s success to the renewed interest in homes which prioritise wellbeing “due to shifting consumer preferences since the lockdowns”.

He revealed that all the new launches have incorporated sustainable design considerations and supported by lifestyle conveniences, improved air quality, better quality buildings and cost savings on water and energy.

“Each of the developments encompasses thoughtful designs, lush landscaping and new norm features including natural ventilated lobbies, co-working spaces and other features for sustainable living with prices starting from an affordable RM525,000,” he said.

“We also prioritised natural ventilation and sunlight, with views to the outdoors which provide much needed respite from relentless patterns of online work and learning. Each development comes with abundant facilities which double up as spaces to exercise and recharge.”

The campaign enables home buyers to enjoy up to 12 months interest-free payments, or up to RM23,000 in savings.

They can also benefit from a waiver on the memorandum of transfer as well as loan stamp duty savings of up to RM32,000, in view of the Home Ownership Campaign that is set to end on 31 December.

The campaign also provides buyers a chance to win weekly giveaway prizes totalling RM63,888.
