The surrounding residents were initially concerned about traffic. Can you share about the progress of the RM200 million direct elevated link to the development?
After reviewing the traffic impact assessment study, the elevated highway is designed to disburse and ease traffic for Pavilion Damansara Heights and the vicinity. Together with DBKL, the developer has also improved accessibility to the location through the planning of strategic ingresses and egresses at various sections of the development and conversion of key roads into two-way traffic.
The elevated highway is progressing well and is due to complete by end of 2022. Furthermore, the Pavilion Damansara Heights MRT station is a major boon and serves as an excellent alternative transportation mode.

There’ll be two residential towers in Parcel 2 – Imperial Residences and Royal Suites.
Imperial Residences will house 148 exclusive units from 3,000 sq ft to 4,090 sq ft, and 6 penthouses. This is in response to buyers seeking more luxurious living spaces and exclusivity.
On the other end of the spectrum is the Royal Suites. Closest to the MRT station, units in Royal Suites will range from 450 sq ft to 1,679 sq ft, and feature dual-key and 1-bedroom suites; both of which are new layout options that are exclusively available for booking in the new phase.
