S P Setia to Launch Semi-Detached Units of Anggun Villa III in Bandar Kinrara

SHAH ALAM – S P Setia Bhd (“Setia” or the “Group”) plans to unveil its latest phase of the Anggun Villa series – Anggun Villa III – in Bandar Kinrara, Puchong, Selangor on October 26, 2024. The double-storey semi-detached units are designed with clean and contemporary feel and will form part of the mature township of Bandar Kinrara.

With a total gross development value (GDV) of approximately RM105.17 million, Anggun Villa III will comprise 30 units of modern, double-storey semi-detached homes.

The sleek units will have spacious built ups of 3,951 sq ft, with land areas between 4,058 sq ft to 6,078 sq ft; with prices ranging from RM3.38 million to RM3.71 million for Type A, and RM3.39 million to RM3.89 million for Type A(M).

Setia Divisional General Manager Razly Mohammad Rus said, “We are excited for our upcoming launch of Anggun Villa III in Bandar Kinrara, as we capitalise on the steady growth of the Bandar Kinrara township and the success of our previous launches such as Irama Villa IV, which was launched in March this year, and is almost 100% taken up.”

Razly opined, “We believe Anggun Villa III will be a good investment opportunity, and will appeal to middle- to upper-income professionals, couples and families who are owner-occupiers from the catchment areas of Bandar Kinrara, and other surrounding areas.”
