KUALA LUMPUR – OSK Property in collaboration with Dindings Corporate Insurance Agency and RHB Insurance Berhad has introduced Assure+, a comprehensive insurance protection plan designed exclusively for OSK Property homebuyers. This innovative home insurance scheme comes with a two-year complimentary protection package that includes home content coverage of up to RM50,000 and personal accident coverage of up to RM100,000.
Through this collaboration, OSK Property homebuyers will be serviced by Dindings Corporate Insurance Agency, with RHB Insurance Berhad as the underwriter for the insurance coverage. Homebuyers are also provided with the flexibility to extend the personal accident coverage to the additional names in the Sale and Purchase Agreement (SPA) for a nominal sum. The protection plan is aligned with the two-year Defects Liability Period (DLP), providing consistent coverage and peace of mind during this period.
