Gamuda Land, the property development arm of Gamuda Berhad and the nation’s leading infrastructure group which turned 40 this year, is celebrating the milestone by giving away cupcakes and balloons around Klang Valley.

Hundreds of cupcakes and balloons were distributed recently to delighted children and adults in the vicinities of Kundang and Rawang; and more anniversary goodies will be shared with the public in Kajang, Kuala Lumpur, Petaling Jaya, Subang and Klang.

“We are pleased to celebrate with the public, Gamuda’s 40 years of transforming the nation’s landscape with innovative developments and infrastructure. We would like to thank everyone for their overwhelming support and seek their continual support as we introduce more exciting projects in 2017,” said Gamuda Land managing director Ir Chow Chee Wah.

The award-winning developer will be launching three new projects in the Klang Valley within the next 12 months.

Located in strategic locations and underpinned by comprehensive master-planning as well as a beautifully crafted environment, these unique market offerings will deliver good sustainable value for customers, both in terms of investment growth and an enhanced lifestyle.

The projects include Gamuda Gardens and Kundang Estates, comprising a 900-acre development ideally situated at the intersection of three major highways – the Kuala Lumpur – Kuala Selangor Expressway (LATAR), Guthrie Corridor Expressway and North-South Highway.

Gamuda Gardens is a 810-acre mixed-use development that ingeniously combines modern lifestyle and nature in one township while the nearby 90-acre Kundang Estates is a boutique residential enclave offering modern countryside living.

Meanwhile, twentyfive.7, just south of the award-winning Kota Kemuning, is a 257-acre lifestyle integrated development with a waterfront commercial village that will bring in trendy, new concept retail and F&B offerings.
