More civil service employees are now on their way to be homeowners under the on-going implementation of the 1Malaysia Civil Servants Housing Project (PPA1M).
Applications are currently being accepted for the PPA1M Mercu Jalil apartments located in Bukit Jalil, a project developed by award-winning township developer, LBS Bina Group Berhad (LBS). Reception for PPA1M Mercu Jalil has been very positive.
Following a balloting process, the first group of eligible homeowners were recently hosted at the LBS Retail Gallery at M3 Mall in Gombak for the signing of the sale and purchase agreements and assigning of units.
