Malaysia Property Market Update on 2H 2018 at WingTai Asia’s Agent Reach Event KL

PropertyGuru recently organised WingTai Asia’s Agent Reach event attracting an astounding response of more than 100 property agents on 21st June at Le Nouvel KlCC Sales Gallery! The event drew participants who were keen to be updated with the property market for 2H 2018 post the recent general election.

The seminar kicked off with a brief presentation of the Malaysian property market and what can investors expect post GE14, with elaboration on the impact of the zero percent GST on the Malaysia property market, growth in sales volume transactions in Kuala Lumpur and project overview of Le Nouvel KLCC.

These helped the event attendees on how they can further leverage on the opportunities and challenges in the Kuala Lumpur market. Furthermore, they were also taken through an agents’ guided tour around Le Nouvel KLCC.
