When to Focus Your Listings  

We looked at volume of searches made by property seekers during the different days of the week between 1st November – 1st December 2020.

Interestingly, property search has gained significant increase on week days compared to weekends with Mondayas the clear winner with the highest traffic for property search in the month of November.  

Saturdays recorded the lowest number of searches during the same period, while all the other days except Mondays saw relatively balanced search volumes.

As for most popular time of the day, 12PM-3PM remains as property seekers’ preferred time of the day with the highest search volumes followed by 8PM to 11PM.
