When to Focus Your Listings
In contrast to our October edition, it looks like property search behavior is slowly shifting away from weekdays. You’ll notice that listing views start picking up traction on Thursday then peaks over to Sunday with the highest volume of views.
Best time of the day to Spotlight remains unchanged with property seekers remaining the most active between 12pm-3pm, followed by 8pm-11pm.
