Upon completion, Edelweiss will be receiving a GreenRE Silver rating certification, adding another green building within the Tropicana Gardens development. Providing assurance to its property purchasers, the quality of this development will also be assessed by a workmanship certification body, Quality Assessment System in Construction (“QLASSIC”). The development is very well received in the market due to its direct connectivity to the Surian MRT station as well as its robust ecosystem, which offers work-live-learn-shop-play in one location. As of today, the residential component of Edelweiss has achieved 100% take-up and the Shoppes, which was launched just this year, has already achieved 60% take-up.
