Country Garden Forest City celebrates the handover of Kylin Apartments. This will bring residents from all over the world to the city.

Buyer Mr. Liu, was surprised to hear that the handover was carried out on May 1. He further learnt that the Transportation Hub, Phoenix Hotel, Commercial Street and Beach Park were already operating.

Liu was told that a prestigious Asian healthcare institution–MJ Group would be operating this year, a renowned American boarding school–Shattuck-St. Mary’s School would be commencing in August, 2018 and duty-free shops would open to the public this July. He was very impressed.

“I was told that my neighbours in Forest City will come from America, Russia, UK, France, Australia, Japan, Indonesia etc. Forest City is just like a miniature version of United Nations. It’s amazing that you can communicate with people from all over the world just by residing at Forest City.” added Ms Shuhana, another buyer from Malaysia.

The grand signing ceremony with 36 global enterprises was held in December 2016, furtherance to it, the signing of cooperative agreements for Phase II of Forest City was recently held in March 2017.

Phase II will span about 8km2, and will hold a spectacular 3 international standard 18-hole golf courses, luxurious hotels and low-density residential buildings. According to Dr. Runze Yu, Chief Strategy Officer of Forest City, golf legend Jack Nicklaus will be designing the first of the three golf courses and it will be completed by the end of 2017.

As an emerging futuristic urban development with international partners in economic productivity, the implementation of education, tourism, healthcare and other industries will catapult accelerated progress in Forest City.
