Casa Bayu Idaman’s tasteful aesthetics and family-friendly amenities draw prospective buyers

The relatively new Casa Bayu Idaman Sdn. Bhd has quickly established a reputation as one of the most anticipated additions to Johor Bahru’s thriving property market in recent years.

Since the launch of its maiden project St. Marco Park @ Kulai in 2018, the firm has garnered fans amongst local homebuyers for the gated community’s tasteful aesthetics and desirable location.

Designed to appeal to investors with a taste for European-style architecture, the almost nine-acre first phase features 93 two-storey terraced homes, with an average size of 2,081 square feet.

Each of the freehold four-bedroom homes comes with three bathrooms, a spacious living area, yard and two-berth car porch.

The subtle landscaping, meanwhile, incorporates an array of family-friendly amenities, including playgrounds and jogging tracks, while its location provides direct access to an array of lifestyle amenities in Kulai Town.

It is this mix of spacious residences, community-orientated landscaping and strategic location that caught the attention of the judging panel for this year’s PropertyGuru Asia Property Awards (Malaysia).

“Home is where the heart is, and at the heart of St Marco Park – Phase 1 by Casa Bayu Idaman is an expression of wholesome family living in a Johor gated community,” the panel noted. “A classically European design intention adds depth to two-storey terraces with waterside pathways and greenery aplenty.”

Convenience is also a major drawcard here. Located in the heart of the district, St. Marco Park, which upon completion will span 55 acres, sits just 29 kilometres from Johor Bahru City, a 10-minute car ride from bustling Skudai and 15 minutes from Senai International Airport.

Amenities in the immediate vicinity, meanwhile, include shopping centres such as Kulai Centrepoint and IOI Mall Shopping Complex, multiple education institutes and transport nodes like Kuala Bus Terminal.
