Eco Botanic 2 to launch in Q4, cater to M40 group

Eco Botanic 2, Eco World Development Group Bhd’s (EcoWorld Malaysia) latest project in Johor, is set for launch in the fourth quarter of 2020, offering landed homes ideal for young families in the M40 group from RM600,000 to RM900,000.

For Bumiputeras, unit prices start from RM520,200 to RM833,000, reported Bernama citing the developer.

The 200-acre project will have a gross development value of RM1.67 billion and will sit right next to Eco Botanic, the maiden township of EcoWorld launched in 2013.

Aside from complementing the luxury offering of Eco Botanic, Eco Botanic 2 also broadens the market segment of EcoWorld in Iskandar Puteri. It is set for completion in 2025.

“While Eco Botanic is a gated and guarded luxury development catering mainly to the upgrader market, Eco Botanic 2 is crafted for another important target market – first-time homeowners and the M40 group,” said EcoWorld Divisional General Manager Phan Yan Chan as quoted by Bernama.

Leveraging on the lifestyle amenities and infrastructure put in place at Eco Botanic, Eco Botanic 2 features all the elements that made its predecessor special with a smart spin.

Eco Botanic 2’s first precinct will feature 600 units of double-storey houses – terraced and garden homes with built-up sizes ranging from 1,701 to 2,239 sq ft.

An exclusive EcoWorld product, the garden homes come with an eight-ft private garden that is connected to the living area.

Residents at Eco Botanic 2 will enjoy all the hallmarks of a mature EcoWorld development, with features such as landscaped parks, gated guarded security and comprehensive lifestyle amenities and infrastructure.
