216 Residences is developed by Vizione Holdings Bhd, and it sits on 0.898 acres of leasehold commercial land in Kuchai Lama, off Jalan Kelang Lama. The project was launched in July 2019, and it has a gross development value (GDV) of RM111 million.

216 Residences is Vizione’s first foray into property development. In early 2019, the construction company bought Pembinaan Angkasa Permai Sdn Bhd, which is jointly building the development with landowner Hanacekap Sdn Bhd.


The project received good response, with a take-up rate of 70% several weeks after its launch. 216 Residences is scheduled for completion in Q2 of 2022, and the project’s sales gallery is located at Old Klang Road.
