SkyWorld has always wanted to hold events which focuses on family bonding through activites and this event lets us engage with the community of all ages as it has captivated both kids and adults at the same time.

Just like our project, SkyMeridien, that emphasizes on community living where numerous communal spaces were created to encourage residents to engage in a host of social activities.”

“SkyMeridien is located 300m from the Sentul Timur LRT station where its future residents can have easy access via a covered walkway. Life’s a breeze… thanks to the great connectivity to major highways, public transportation and only 5km away from the vibrant city centre.”

SkyMeridien offers 780 units of residences with built-up ranging from 581 sq ft to 1,318 sq ft with a low entry price of RM370,000. This Semi-D sky living concept is a much sought after property as the unit price is made affordable for urbanites.

Lee also adds that this modern recreational residence boasts more than 32 resort-inspired facilities and sportcilities, which will help to promote the wellbeing and wellness of its residents.

SkyMeridien is aiming to become a Green Building Index provisional certified development. The project’s eco-friendly features include eco-efficiency lifts, rainwater harvesting units, and automated waste management system.

Just like other developments by SkyWorld, SkyMeridien will feature high quality finishes and will be certified to QLASSIC standards – a quantitative measure of the overall quality of a building’s workmanship during the various stages of construction set by Construction Industry Development Board (CIDB).

With the good track record, SkyWorld is poised to perform well in its future projects. Many of its future developments are location-centric – within Kuala Lumpur region and SkyWorld is set to transform the city, one development at a time.
