Taman Delima

Taman Delima is located in the Hulu Langat district, in Kajang, in the state of Selangor. Nearby areas include Bandar Baru Bangi, Semenyih, Seri Kembangan, Bukit Jalil, Cheras, and Sungai Besi. The initial settlers in Kajang came in 1709, while Kajang town was founded after the Klang War. The fame of Kajang started with the many coffee estates and rubber estates during the late 1890s.

If one goes further down the Federal Route 1, one will use the Jalan Semenyih to go reach Semenyih and continue towards the southern tip of Malaysia. Another advantage to staying in Taman Delima is the nearby MRT station, the MRT Bukit Dukung.

Families staying in Taman Delima are fortunate that there are many quality green parks to bring their child to play and relax together. These include the Taman Cheras Idaman Playground, Taman Belia @ Sungai Kantan (Youth Park), Flora Esotik, and TDDI Grove Lake Park. The vast Kajang Square was once known as the Kajang Stadium, famous for football in the 1970s and has since been torn down, and turned into a public square with jogging track and playground facilities.
